Grey space and white space
Our data centre installation work is organised in two solution families, each with its own interfaces, tolerances and records.
Grey Space
The electrical infrastructure that supports the data halls: distribution, protection and the routes that carry power into the white space.
- Low Voltage (LV) distribution boards and panels
- Busbar trunking routes, supports and tap-off connections
- Cable containment: trays, ladders, baskets and supports
- Interfaces with switchgear, UPS and generator packages
- Pre-commissioning checks, testing support and as-installed records
White Space
The installation scope inside the data halls, where accuracy, segregation and traceability of the works are decisive.
- Power distribution to rack positions and equipment
- Containment and routing within the data hall
- Labelling, segregation and coordinated set-out with other packages
- Inspection and test records for each installed section
- Snag management and handover documentation
